Azure is St. James’ community program providing after-school care, mentoring, and enrichment activities for children. In a safe and nurturing environment, kids can learn, grow, build friendships, and explore new skills while having fun.
Shares the Gospel with kids through Bible stories, songs, games, and memory verses. Provides a safe, welcoming after-school space for children to learn about Jesus and grow in faith.
At St. James, we don’t have a homeschool outreach running yet—but we’re praying and planning toward launching a once-a-month homeschool co-op for families. Our vision is to create a space for shared learning, fellowship, and encouragement rooted in Christ.

At St. James, serving our neighbors is part of following Jesus. We partner with Love INC to help local families in need through practical acts of love, prayer, and support.
You can join the work by volunteering your time, offering your skills, or supporting the mission financially. Together, we’re living out “Team Jesus” in action.
At St. James Lutheran Church, Wednesday nights are a vibrant and meaningful time for the whole family!
Our Trail Life and American Heritage Girls troops meet side by side, creating a dynamic environment where boys and girls can grow in faith, character, and leadership. Through fun activities, mentorship, and community service, children build lasting friendships, develop confidence, and learn to live out their faith in practical ways—all while families come together to support one another in a Christ-centered setting.
