Holy Baptism

Baptism is God’s promise for us and for our children. Through water and the Word, God claims us as His own, forgives our sins, and brings us into His family, the Church. At St. James, we prepare families with a brief conversation about faith and the meaning of baptism, and then celebrate together during worship.

Baptism Class: Offered the 1st Sunday of February, May, August, and November.

Holy Communion

Holy Communion

We take Jesus at His word: “This is my body… this is my blood… for the forgiveness of sins.” At St. James, all who have been baptized are welcome to receive Holy Communion.

If you’re still exploring or not yet ready to receive, you are warmly invited to remain seated or come forward for a blessing—just cross your arms. We’re glad you’re here and welcome you to worship fully with us.

First Communion Class: Offered the 2nd Sunday of February, May, August, and November.
